Wet-area container module and private and general installations for residential, hotel and hospital buildings, which comprises a space for a full bathroom (2), with separating partitions (3), floor (4) and ceiling (5), including cladding and finishing material, sanitary fittings (7) and, optionally, a door (6) and a kitchenette (8), which incorporates fittings and domestic electrical appliances (9). The two spaces - bathroom (2) and kitchenette (8) - are separated by an installations partition (10), provision having been made thereon and/or on the separating partitions (3) for installations for ventilation (11), plumbing (12), sanitation (13), electricity (14), heating (15), lighting (16), communications (17) and installations board (18). Which installations will be included on each of the separating partitions (3) of the bathroom (2) will depend on the location of the module (1) within the dwelling or space and therefore on the type of occupation involved.
