The present invention relates to a photopolymerizable oligomer which is curable in a small amount of ultraviolet rays due to a fast curing rate and exhibits high strength after UV curing, a photopolymerizable resin composition containing the same oligomer, and an optical fiber with a cladding portion formed by the resin composition. The photopolymerizable resin composition according to the present invention comprises a photopolymerizable oligomer, a photopolymerizable oligomer which has fluorocarbon and contains a (meth)acrylate group at an end of the oligomer, a photopolymerizable oligomer containing two or more multifunctional acrylate groups, and a photoinitiator.
