PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate, in particular, a polarizing plate which is a novel photopolymerizable oxirane-based resin composition having excellent heat resistance, humidity resistance or the like, can easily and rigidly be adhered irrespective of kinds of a variety of optical films by using a photopolymerizable coating liquid or the like using the photopolymerizable oxirane-based resin composition when laminating a variety of the optical films on a single face or the like, and is excellent in hardenability at photopolymerization at a low-exposure light amount.SOLUTION: There are provided a photopolymerizable coating agent which has an oxirane compound (A) as a main component, and contains a photopolymerization initiator at a photopolymerizable oxirane-based resin composition which contains a fluorine-including cyclic ester compound (B-1) substituted with at least one or more of substituents having F-atoms, and substantially does not contain an organic solvent, or a photopolymerizable adhesive and a laminate using the photopolymerizable adhesive, and a polarization plate.
