摘要

The virtual assembly simulation system according to the present invention comprises: an assembly data generation unit for generating assembly sequence data and assembly pathway data through an optimum assembly algorithm from predetermined parts, data and gripper data; an assembly interface unit for providing a user with a virtual assembly environment for simulating the assembly of various parts in accordance with the assembly sequence data and the assembly pathway data; an assembly simulation unit for  providing the user with an assembly sequence guide and an assembly pathway guide optimised by means of the assembly sequence data and the assembly pathway data, and for controlling the running of the simulation of the assembly of the various parts by the user; and a haptic actuator unit for providing the user with haptic feedback corresponding to collisions in cases where collisions between the various parts or between a part and an obstacle are sensed while running the assembly simulation.
