The present invention relates to a primer and probe for enterovirus detection and a detection method using same, and more specifically to a primer and probe that enable detection of enterovirus in body fluids, body tissues, environmental samples, etc., and a detection method using same. According to the present method, more species of enteroviruses can be detected, even at low concentrations, than with existing methods, thus, it may be widely used.
