Pulsation dampener, method for manufacturing pulsation dampener and usage thereof

The pulsation damper has a base body (1) with an inlet (2) and an outlet, which are connected with one another by a channel. The channel has pass through, which connects the channel with an overflow chamber and the overflow chamber is separated from a balancing chamber (8) through a partially flexible membrane. The balancing chamber is formed as a closed space without supply line. The sum of the volumes of the balancing chamber and overflow chamber remains constant during operation. The base body is manufactured from steel, aluminum or plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing of pulsation damper.
