A hood pop-up system for a vehicle (1) that pops up a hood (3) of the vehicle when a collision of the vehicle takes place, which includes: a hood pop-up unit (6) which pops up the hood positioned at a closed position and supports the popped-up hood at a hood support position (S2) that is higher than the closed position; and a hood pop-up restricting unit (30) which restricts upward movement of the popped-up hood at an uppermost pop-up position (S1) that is higher than the hood support position.
