The invention relates to the structural design and a method for the production of photovoltaic cells for generating electrical energy, which are capable of operating at low latitudes and at high temperatures above 100°C. The method for producing a single-crystalline silicon photovoltaic converter involves applying a polymer film by potentiostatic cycling, said polymer film consisting of a mixture of current-conducting polysilane-aniline and polyaniline polymers modified by a cupric chloride complex [CuCl4]2-, where the mass ratio of the above-mentioned polymers is 2:10 respectively. A method for producing said module is also proposed.
