The present invention is related to photoreactive Ru (II) complexes anchored on a G-containing oligonucleotide (Formula I), the method for obtaining them and their use, especially for targeting specific nucleotide sequences, to avoid their expression in prokariote or eukaryote cells (especially in bacterial cells, plant cells, animal cells, fungi cells, including yeast cells).
