METHOD FOR PREPARING BIODIESEL FROM OILS AND FATS UNDER SUPERCRITICAL CONDITIONS

A method for preparing biodiesel from oils and fats under supercritical conditions is provided. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the oils and fats, concentrated hydrochloric acid and methanol, wherein the mass of concentrated hydrochloric acid is 0.06% of the oils and fats and the mole ratio of methanol to the oils and fats is 35-45:1; (2) reacting for 4-8 minutes in conditions of temperature 240℃-260℃, pressure 9-12MPa and agitation speed 400r/min; (3) transferring the reaction solution to separatory funnel and leaving the solution to stand for overnight stratification; (4) separating the upper layer solution, and washing repeatedly and drying to obtain biodiesel.
