The invention relates to a greenhouse (1) for cultivating vegetables in a highly confined medium. Air exchange means between the inside and the outside define a controlled depressurising unit (8) and a controlled unit (9) for enabling the communication between the inside and the outside, said units being compact, independent, and arranged on the same one of a plurality of side walls, referred to as an exchange wall (2), the depressurising unit being arranged towards the top (6) and the aerial communication unit being arranged towards the bottom (7). The depressurising unit further provides air-mixing within the greenhouse, wherein the air sucked into the greenhouse is discharged within the greenhouse, towards the roof thereof. The depressurising unit further comprises an opening towards the outside with controlled opening and closing and air filtration. The aerial communication unit includes an inlet on the outside with controlled opening and closing and air filtration for enabling or not, according to an instruction, the intake of filtered outside air into the greenhouse. A moisture-feeding device consisting of a mist generator (10) is arranged horizontally substantially level with and at the front of the inner outlet of the aerial communication unit.
