Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition which comprises a combination of a compound having a nutrient digestion/absorption inhibitory activity, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the compound or salt, and a compound represented by formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the compound or salt. The pharmaceutical composition is found to significantly reduce the body weight. Consequently, the pharmaceutical composition is useful for treatment or prevention of obesity and obesity-related diseases.(In the formula, R1 represents an alkyl group; R2 represents hydrogen or an alkyl group; and Z represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic hydrocarbon group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group.)
