The machine has a mechatronic shaking control including an eccentric system (9) that is connected to a vertical actuating shaft (6) by a connecting rod (10) and is integrated to a flywheel (15). The system has a rotational axis (a1) that is mounted with an adjustable orientation in a plane parallel to a median plane of the machine such that modification of the orientation permits modification of amplitude of oscillation movement of the shaft to modify amplitude of shaking movement of superposed shakers (5). The shakers are fixed to the shaft. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling mechatronic shaking of a berry harvesting machine.
