METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHING BETWEEN HANDSET SHORT MESSAGE SENDING AND MAIL SENDING

A method for automatically switching between handset short message sending and mail sending comprises the following steps: A. editing short message content, and inputting a cell phone number of an addressee (S3); B. identifying whether the cell phone number of the addressee has a handset mail box which has been activated (S4), if it is YES, then prompting the user if he/she want to send the short message content to the corresponding handset mail box (S5); and C. if the selection is YES, then switching to the handset mail editing statues, and making the content of the short message as the content of the current handset mail, and sending it to the mail box corresponding to the cell phone number (S6). And an automatically switching system for sending handset short message or mail, and a method and a system for automatically switching the handset mail sending to the short massage sending are also provided. It makes a user switch rapidly between the short message sending status and the handset mail sending status with freedom by applying this invention.
