The aim of invention is to provide a solution to the problem of providing a larger number of financial and parafinancial services: transferring and receiving funds, credit requests, etc., bill payments, subscriptions, online product and service purchases, due payments, ticketing and passes, etc. The services are pooled (mutualized) within a network of adjacent agencies widely distributed over a territory and have access to a computer and telecommunication system connected to a processing center (data center) including a database. The client goes to the agency thereof and is totally taken care of by an operator trained in different service offers and having full office equipment at his or her disposal for carrying out operations: a computer with a single global graphical interface, Internet, and SMS messaging. The operations are carried out by the agency with a set of security and control means directly connected to the data center and to the global management center of the system.
