Powder for spraying with a powder jet device that mixes powder with an air to form a powder-/air mixture, comprises alditols. Independent claims are included for: (1) a powder mixture for powder spraying with a powder jet device that mixes powder with an air to form a powder-/air mixture, comprising at least two of the above powders, where the mass portion of each powder is not less than 2%, preferably not less than 20%; and (2) a powder jet device with a turbulence chamber comprising the powder mixture, where the turbulence chamber is loaded with an airflow in such a way that the powder mixture together with the airflow is fed to a nozzle.
