The cannon has an axial ventilator (2) mounted in an inlet area of a snow tube (1). A diffusor (4) is provided with an extension unit. The extension unit is provided at a distance from the snow tube. Another diffusor (9) is arranged in front of a nozzle collar (3) in an air flow direction. Nucleus nozzles (10) are arranged in front of the latter diffusor in the air flow direction. The former diffusor is adjustable in an axial direction and radial direction towards a main axis of the snow tube, where diameter of the former diffusor at an outlet is adjustable.
