PURPOSE: A wiper is provided to prevent damage during the high speed traveling of a car by closely attaching a blade rubber to a wind-shield.;CONSTITUTION: A wiper comprises a wind-shield(200) and a blade(110), a blade central frame(160), an extended frame(180) and an elastic member.
