PURPOSE: A porous titanium supporter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can be usefully used in various fields including a filter and a dye sensitized solar cell using surface property of the titanium. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous titanium supporter comprises a step to manufacture titanium paste by mixing titanium particle and biodegradable polymer; a step to form air bubbles of the giant size through extrusion after injecting the paste into an extrusion device of three-axis molding machine; and a step to sinter and degrease three-dimensional porous scaffold. The titanium particle is formed in a sphere or irregular shape with size of 20-60 micrometers.
