摘要

PURPOSE: A hangover reducing drink and a preparation method thereof are provided to secure high ginsenoside content at the same time reducing hangover within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A hangover reducing drink contains 40-50wt% ginseng fruit extract, 30-35wt% ginseng stalk extract, 15-20wt% Hovenia dulcis fruit extract, and 5-10wt% saccharides. A method for preparing the hangover reducing drink comprises the following steps of: mixing the ginseng fruit extract, ginseng stalk extract, and Hovenia dulcis fruit extract to obtain a mixed solution; adding saccharides to the mixed solution and filling a container with them; and sterilizing the product. The saccharides is selected from the group consisting of sugar, oligosaccharide, liquid fructose, glucose, honey, sorbitol, xylitol, mantitol, rhamnitol, inositol, erythritol, and quercitol.
