PURPOSE: A system for processing the load of an intelligent network service and a method thereof are provided to suppress the load from being additionally generated through the transfer of subscribers.;CONSTITUTION: By confirming a change of the load amount corresponding to the supply of an intelligent network service, it is determined whether the overload is generated(S220). After a message for informing that a threshold related event is generated, the message is transmitted to an SMP or a customer management device(S222).
