摘要

PURPOSE: A thermopile infrared detector is provided to reduce cost by removing the heat sink of metal material made of aluminum or copper and removing a polyethylene cap and a thermistor for measuring temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A thermopile infrared detector comprises a case(1) and a silicon filter(4). The case is made of resin or metal for storing a thermopile sensor type infrared detector. The silicon filter is equipped inside a front side case opening(3). The front side case opening has a thermopile sensor visual field range. The silicon filter has low infrared absorptivity. The silicon filter has a square shape. The thermopile sensor comprises a metal CAN case(7) and a header(8). The CAN case uses a filter or a plano-convex lens(6). The metal material CAN case has an infrared permeable window.
