PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a culture pearl nucleus is provided to mold a culture pearl nucleus with various sizes and shapes using pearl powder and oyster shells as calcium powder.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a culture pearl nucleus using pearl powder and calcium powder comprises the steps of: respectively pulverizing the selected pearl granules and oyster shell; mixing the pulverized pearl powder and oyster shell powder which is natural calcium powder; adding bone cement or a binder of epoxy resin to the mixed powder and kneading the mixture; degassing the liquid kneaded material in a vacuumizer; after degassing processing, pressurizing and extruding the material in a constant size of the sphere; molding it in a sphere shape and drying; and machining the pearl nucleus and sphere polishing it.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
