PURPOSE: Inorganic cement clinker using hot molten slag, manufacturing method thereof, and inorganic cement containing the cement are reduce the amount of carbon dioxide to 30~60%, and to reduce the using amount of limestone to 30~50%. CONSTITUTION: Inorganic cement clinker using hot molten slag includes a raw material compound. The raw material compound comprises a main component and a supplementary component. The main component is slag of a high melting state generated in a melting furnace of a steelmaking process. The supplementary component includes one or more selected from a group consisting of CaO source, SiO2 source, Al2O3 source, and Fe2O3 source.
