The present invention relates to inorganic cement clinker which is prepared by using hot molten slag having a temperature of 1000 °C or more, which is produced as a side product in a melting furnace, such as a blast furnace, a converter furnace, an electric furnace or the like, in a steel making process, as a main raw material and using heat of the slag itself as a main heat source necessary for melting raw materials, a method of preparing the same, and inorganic cement comprising the same.
