PURPOSE: A portable temperature controlling container is provided to easily distribute food.;CONSTITUTION: A portable temperature controlling container comprises a body portion, and a temperature control unit. The body portion comprises an inner chamber(304) having an opening which is facing the inside. The temperature control unit is connected to the body portion and arranged to be thermally connected to a first part of the inner chamber. The temperature control unit is composed to vary the temperature of the inner chamber by emitting the thermally controlled material in the inner chamber.
