PURPOSE: A functional hot pepper paste and noodle containing Stachys sieboldii Miq. powder are provided to ensure pharmacological drug effect of Stachys sieboldii Miq.;CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Stachys sieboldii Miq. powder comprises: a step of diluting 1-5 weight% of citric acid to 100 weight% of water to prepare dipping solution(S100); a step of dipping washed Stachys sieboldii Miq. in the dipping solution for 30 to 60 minutes(S200); a step of drying the dipped Stachys sieboldii Miq. at 40~60°C(S300); and a step of pulverizing the dried Stachys sieboldii Miq.(S400).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
