PELLET-TYPE FEED ADDITIVES(PROBIOTICS) AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Pellet-type feed additives(probiotics) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the loss of feed at the same time improving meat quality.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing pellet-type feed additives(probiotics) comprises the following steps of: grinding cereal materials containing 5-50wt% corn, 5-30wt% barley, 1-20wt% soybean meal, 1-20wt% rice bran, 5-30wt% corn gluten, 1-20wt% palm meal, and roughage; preparing an additive containing 2,000~100,000IU/kg vitamin A, 1,000~30,000IU/kg vitamin D, 10~400IU/kg vitamin E, 0.1-1.0wt% calcium, 0.1-1.0wt% phosphorus, 0.1-1.0wt% magnesium, 10-100ppm zinc, 10-80ppm manganese, 0.1-1.0ppm cobalt, 0.1-1.0ppm iodine, 0.1~1.0ppm selenium, 20~100ppm iron, and 5~80ppm copper; mixing the additive and cereal materials; pelletizing the mixture; and coating the pellets with Saccaromyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus acidophilus, or Bacillussubtilis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
