PURPOSE: A system and a recording media for making a request through an electronic document are provided to conveniently use a deposit system by requesting a transfer process by the recording medium. CONSTITUTION: A deposit case transfer instruction application e-document is stored in an electronic document storage(280). A server stores the related information to a storage medium(285). The deposition event request information is received from an execution court server(294). The server confirms whether there is deposition event corresponding to the received deposition event offload request-information. The server transmits the deposition event information to the execution court server.
