MOBILE COMMUNICATION SERVICE SYSTEM AND A METHOD THEREOF FOR USING PUBLIC FREQUENCY FOR AN URGENT SITUATION OR A PUBLIC TASK

PURPOSE: A mobile telecom service system and a method using public frequency for an urgent situation or a public task are provided to perform a connection with a public institution stably against a call request in an emergency situation.;CONSTITUTION: A base station(310) wirelessly communicates with a mobile communications terminal(100). In case a call connection request about the predetermined destination is received from the mobile communications terminal, a mobile switching center(320) uses allocable channel between the base station and the mobile communications terminal. An approval unit certifies the use of the public frequency band of the mobile communications terminal.
