ROTOR OF A SQUIRREL CAGE INDUCTION MOTOR CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING A LOW STARTING CURRENT AND A HIGH STARTING TORQUE

PURPOSE: A rotor of a squirrel cage induction motor is provided to suppress temperature rising of an induction motor by applying an aluminum die-casting to a slot of a rotor core.;CONSTITUTION: A rotor of a squirrel cage induction motor includes a rotor core, a first rotor conductor(7), a second rotor conductor(8), and end rings. A plurality of slots is formed to the rotor core with a fixed gap. The end rings short-circuit both ends of the first rotor conductor and the second rotor conductor. The first rotor conductor and the second rotor conductor have different conductivity, and form a pattern according to a columnar direction. The first rotor conductor is inserted to a slot of the rotor core with a bar shape. The second rotor conductor and the end rings are integrally formed by a die-casting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
