PURPOSE: A semi-submersible ocean structure is provided to secure more storage capacity by installing a storage tank inside of horizontal columns which extend horizontally to the sea surface and rest in parallel.;CONSTITUTION: A semi-submersible ocean structure(10) comprises a plurality of horizontal columns(11), an upper deck(13), and a storage tank. The horizontal columns extend horizontally to the sea surface and rest in parallel. The upper deck interlinks the horizontal columns on the horizontal columns.
