PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion module is provided to easily perform light coupling through a facing structure of an optical device and an optical waveguide by interposing a gap maintaining part between a holder and an interposer.;CONSTITUTION: A holder(110) surrounds an optical waveguide having one end. An optical device(120) receives an optical signal outputted in one end of the optical waveguide, outputs the optical signal to one end of the optical waveguide, and is mounted to an interposer(130). A terminal of the interposer is connected to the optical device. A gap maintaining part(150) is interposed between the holder and the interposer. The optical device is formed to a through hole of the gap maintaining part. The interposer includes a terminal connected to a conductive via hole and the conductive via hole connected to the terminal. The conductive via hole connects the terminal connected to the optical device to a different terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
