PURPOSE: A drum pressing and cutting device is provided to cut a waste drum to several pieces and to minimize the volume of the drum to be conveyed.;CONSTITUTION: A drum pressing and cutting device comprises a frame(102), a conveying plate(112), a compression cylinder(104), a cut out part(110) and a storage. The conveying plate is installed the center of the frame. The conveying plate supports the waste drum to be cut. The compression cylinder is penetrated to the inside of the frame from outside. The cut out part is fixed to an end of the compression cylinder. The cut out part cuts the drum to a plurality of pieces while compressing. The storage is installed in the bottom part of the frame.
