PURPOSE: An insulator having an optical voltage sensor built-in and the distributing board equipped with the same are provided to reduce an installation space for switchboard by supplying an insulator having optical voltage sensor built therein and a switchboard having the insulator.;CONSTITUTION: In an insulator having an optical voltage sensor built-in and the distributing board equipped with the same, an insulator body(406) comprises a hollow(408) inside therein. A ground electrode flange(409) is combined with the lower part of the insulator body. The high pressure electrode flange is placed on the top of the insulator body, and a high pressure electrode(401) is combined with internal side of the high pressure electrode flange. An optical voltage sensor(405) detects space field inside of the insulating body while being connected to the high electrode.
