PURPOSE: A contents reproducing apparatus, a contents reproducing method, a program and a contents reproducing system are provided to enable a user to view contents which is nearer to completion by reproducing the secondary contents including sample contents.;CONSTITUTION: The primary contents server(1) holds the first contents. The secondary content server(2) holds the secondary contents. A communication server(3) offers an information originating service of a user or a communication service between users. A sample contents server(8) holds sample contents corresponding to the first contents. A user terminal device(4) comprises a contents production/share application.
