PURPOSE: A method for preparing bimetallic core-shell metal nanoparticle, and a method for forming an ink by using the core-shell metal nanoparticle are provided to allow a nanoparticle to be produced rapidly and massively within several seconds.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a bimetallic core-shell metal nanoparticle comprises the steps of producing a metallic nanoparticle core of the first metal material by optical-chemical method; and forming a shell of the second metal material at the surround of the core, thereby preparing the bimetallic core-shell metal nanoparticle comprising the core of the first metal material and the core of the second metal material.
