PURPOSE: A sporting tool for lower body exercise is provided, which can solve lack of exercise of the lower body and can easily strengthen sphincter of the lower body.;CONSTITUTION: A sporting tool for lower body exercise comprises a main board(100) of the plate-shape including a guide rail; an intensity control member(500) combined with the central part of the main board; a pair of exercise members(200) combined with the main board; and an elastic coupler(700) which is connected in order to have the elasticity of the exercise member in exercise.
