MAGNETIZATION YOKE FOR MAGNETIZATION OF A PERMANENT MAGNET FOR A FLAT TYPE MOTOR HAVING AN N POLE AND AN S POLE OF THE SAME MAGNETIC FORCE

PURPOSE: A magnetization yoke for magnetization of a permanent magnet for a flat type motor is provided to prevent damage to a soldering part due to large amount magnetization in a production line by preventing disconnection between a top winding and a bottom winding.;CONSTITUTION: A magnetization yoke includes a magnetization core and an integrated winding(40). The magnetization core comprises a plurality of sub cores. The integrated winding is made of one copper plate, is inserted to a groove between the sub cores, receives the sub cores, and comprises a top coil(43) and a bottom coil(44). The top coil receives a first sub core group which forms a first pole. The bottom coil receives a second sub core group which forms a second pole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
