PURPOSE: A delay element adjusting delay time and duty ratio and semiconductor device including the delay elements are provided to reduce the occupancy area of the delay element by controlling the delay time and duty ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of buffers(200) is serially connected. A plurality of buffers receives a message the output of the buffer locating in the front end as the input signal. The input signal is buffered and outputted to the buffer locating in the rear end as the output signal. Each buffer comprises the feedback controller and delay unit. The feedback controller(230) controls the delay time and duty ratio of the input signal based on the output signal. The delay unit(210) controls the delay time and duty ratio of the input signal and is created the output signal in response to the control of the feedback controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
