PURPOSE: An emergency relief system and a control method for relieving a person in an emergency by accurately tracing an emergency caller are provided to accurately trace the location of an emergency call terminal by sharing a candidate place of the emergency call terminal.;CONSTITUTION: An emergency call signal is received from an emergency calling terminal(S510). The candidate locations of the emergency calling terminal calculates based on the received emergency call signal(S520).
