PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing heavy metal contaminated soil through optimum mixing and blending ratios, an inputting heavy metal contaminated soil stabilization processing apparatus and a stabilizer inputting apparatus therefor are provided to perform purification operation of contaminated soil rapidly and simply, and to secure processing efficiency and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A heavy metal contaminated soil stabilization processing apparatus includes a soil supplying device(20), a stabilizer inputting device(40), a mixing device(50), and a stabilization soil unloading device(60). The soil supplying device has a hopper(21), and a belt conveyor is located on the bottom of the hopper. A dust overflow prevention film(25) is installed at the top of the hopper. A soil transfer device includes a first belt conveyor(31), a second belt conveyor(32), a first transfer belt(36), and a second transfer belt(37).
