PURPOSE: A disposal temporary cover and a temporary cover drop device for a hot metal inlet of a torpedo ladle are provided to minimize inner temperature drop of the torpedo ladle during a time gap after discharge before fall down of hot metal.;CONSTITUTION: A disposal temporary cover for a hot metal inlet of a torpedo ladle comprises a cover plate(21) with a through hole(H) and a plurality of guide grooves(G) on the central and edge part thereof and with a plurality of fastening units on the edge thereof, and a plurality of spacers(22) with an outer end which extends over the cover plate and hangs on the top of a hot metal inlet. The cover plate is not larger than the hot metal inlet. The spacers are coupled in order to protrude from the upper side of the cover plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
