PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to reduce the deterioration of a device due to the interface resistance reduction between a light emitting layer and an electron transport layer and to enhance the lifetime of a device.;CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device comprises an electron transport layer which comprises an electron transporting material and 50- 150 parts by weight of a metal oxide represented by AaOb based on 100 parts by weight of the electron transporting material, wherein A is lithium (Li), molybdenum (Mo), barium (Ba) or boron (B); a is a number of 1 - 3; and b is a number of 1 - 3.
