PURPOSE: A window capable of project and casement and having improved hinge parts is provided to securely hold the hinges during the casement and to prevent sagging of window sashes.;CONSTITUTION: A window capable of project and casement and having improved hinge parts comprises a project plate(300), a fixed plate(100), a first project link(210), and a second project link(220). The project plate is installed on the top corner of a window sash. The fixed plate is secured on a window frame. The first and the second project link are mounted between the project plate and the fixed plate. A slit part is formed on the vertical part of the project plate. A cam lock(310) made up of a slide member is installed inside a support member(330) of the project plate. The bottom of the slide member is fixed to an elastic member(331).
