PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a local information service are provided to use easily a coupon by outputting coupon information to a seller terminal when a purchaser orders a product to a local shop seller by using a telephone or an online manner.;CONSTITUTION: A local information core server(130) searches and transmits URL(Uniform Resource Locator) information connected with coupon information by using a sending terminal telephone number and a receiving terminal telephone number. A calling information linking server(150) receives communication information including the sending terminal telephone number and the receiving terminal telephone number from a call processing switch. The calling information linking server inserts a coupon-related URL for matching the communication information with the searched URL information into a receiving terminal control protocol when connecting a sending terminal with a receiving terminal.
