摘要

PURPOSE: A method for separating and recovering V2O5, MoO3 and NiO from the desulfurized catalyst in which vanadium, molybdenum and nickel are contained is provided to reduce remarkably the back collection equipment according to air pollution and gas generation. CONSTITUTION: A method for separating and recovering V2O5, MoO3 and NiO from the desulfurized catalyst is comprises collecting V2O5 and MoO3 by atmospheric pressure, and high temperature alkali leaching, solvent extraction, selective precipitation, washing and calcination by not high temperature soda roasting the vanadium and molybdenum contained in the desulfurized catalyst; and collecting the nickel contained in the waste catalyst residue after vanadium and molybdenum is recovered, in a form of nickel oxide by acid leaching, ammonia addition, solvent extraction, carbonation reaction, washing, calcination and grinding.
