METHOD FOR PRODUCING FUNCTIONAL RUBUS COREANUM LIQUID WITH SEAWEED CONTAINING FUCOIDAN

PURPOSE: A method for producing fermentation liquid using seaweed and Rubus Coreanum containing fucoidan is provided to add activation of anti-cancer, anti-tumor, antiviral, anti-coagulation and immunity enhancement.;CONSTITUTION: A method for producing fermentation liquid using seaweed and Rubus Coreanum comprises: a step of pulverizing Rubus Coreanum to obtain Rubus Coreanum juice; a step of adding yeast to the juice and fermenting; a step of adding sugar and fermenting as first maturation; a step of filtering the fermented juice; a step of maturing the filtered liquid; a step of addin water to seaweed powder and stirring at 60-100°C for 0.5-4 hours; a step of cooling and extracting; a step of centrifuging at 3,000-6,000rpm for 15 to 20 minutes; and a step of adding 85% of ethanol to the supernatant and centrifuging at 6,000-9,000rpm for 15 to 20 minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
