PURPOSE: A doll with function of MP3 player is provided, which can be variously used in the character or the sale promotion product.;CONSTITUTION: A doll with function of MP3 player comprises a main body composed of a predetermined doll shape; a touch PLC(200) which is operated by a touch and is installed to be adjacent to the front body; a main PLC(310) which is installed to be connected to the touch PLC and outputs and reproduces the MP3 music file according to the control key; an MP3 reproducing unit including a speaker(320) which outputs the MP3 music file approved from the main PLC; and a battery case(400) connected to the charging terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
