Outside Release Composition Improving the Weathering Property for Green Tire

摘要

PURPOSE: An outside release composition for tire with improved weathering property is provided to prevent discoloration resulting from reaction between the moisture and the inorganic particle exposed to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: An outside release composition for tire with improved weathering property comprises synthetic rubber latex including antioxidant 2~10 weight%, hydrophobic silicate 2~10 weight%, wetting dispersing agent 2~5 weight%, and water 75~90 weight%. The content of antioxidane included in the synthetic rubber latex is 1~10 weight%. The hydrophobic silicate is silicate surface-treated with a silane coupling agent.
